Schedule, job board from order to invoiced, inventory with low-stock alerts, and a public booking link.
CrewLineCRM keeps your schedule, your crew, your customers, your invoices and your payroll in one place. No more whiteboard on Monday, spreadsheet on Wednesday and a shoebox of receipts in April.
Onboarding done with you Your data exports whenever you want No per-seat surprise billing
Every screenshot below is the real product, not a mock-up.
Day, week or month. Filter by person or by status. When a customer moves the 10 a.m., you change it once and everyone is looking at the same schedule — you are not texting five people to tell them it moved.
Finish a job, turn it into an invoice, take the payment. Every figure is stored in whole cents and recalculated on our server — the number on the invoice is the number that gets charged.
Drag an estimate across the board from new to contacted to quoted to won. Open pipeline and a probability-weighted forecast sit at the top, so you know whether to hire before the busy season starts, not after.
Open a customer and you get their history: what you installed, what it cost, what they still owe, when you were last out there. The person answering the phone knows as much as the person who did the work.
Every plan gets every module. We don't sell the parts of your business back to you one at a time.
Schedule, job board from order to invoiced, inventory with low-stock alerts, and a public booking link.
Invoices, payments, recurring billing, expenses, payroll runs, payroll taxes and a books view your accountant can read.
Clients, leads, the pipeline board, contracts, reviews and a document store — all on the customer record.
Your crew, their pay type and rate, timesheets, time-off balances and who is out this week.
An inbound phone tree, call routing, voicemail-to-email and a call log tied to the customer who rang.
Revenue by week, service mix, outstanding receivables and where the jobs are coming from.
The same login, in the truck. No app store, no separate mobile product to pay for — it's a web app, so it opens in whatever browser is already on the phone and lays itself out for a small screen.
Every plan includes every module. You grow the crew without the bill jumping every time you hire.
For an owner-operator and a small crew who want everything in one place.
For an established shop running several crews and a dispatcher.
For multi-location operators who need room to grow and more hands-on help.
Prices in USD, billed monthly. Card processing fees are charged by Stripe and are not marked up by us. Payroll figures are calculated for your records — see the FAQ.
Because we would rather set up ten businesses properly than let a hundred sign up and bounce off a half-configured account. Right now every new account is onboarded by a person: we import your customer list, set up your services and rates, and get your first week on the schedule before you rely on it.
Tell us about your business below and we'll come back to you with next steps.
No. CrewLineCRM calculates payroll and payroll taxes and keeps the records, but you are responsible for filing returns and remitting the money to the IRS and to your state by their deadlines. We say so inside the product too, on every pay run.
If you use a payroll provider today, keep using it — you can export what they need.
Yes, whenever you want, without asking us. Customers, invoices, pipeline and books all export to CSV from inside the app. It's your business's data; a CRM that holds it hostage is a CRM you should not buy.
Card payments run through Stripe. The money goes to your Stripe account, not ours, and Stripe's processing fee is theirs — we don't add a percentage on top of your customers' payments.
You can also record cash, cheque and bank-transfer payments so the invoice reflects reality even when the money didn't come through a card.
No. Each plan includes a team-size allowance — 10, 25 or 100 people — and everyone within it is included. There is no per-seat charge that quietly grows every time you hire a helper for the summer.
Trades and field-service businesses that send people to job sites: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, appliance repair, general contracting. If your day is customers, a schedule, a crew and invoices, it fits.
If you sell products from a shelf and never leave the building, there are better tools for you than this one.
Yes. Every record in the database carries the organisation it belongs to, and the database itself enforces that separation on every single query — not just the application code. It has been audited and tested specifically for cross-company leakage.
Tell us a little about the business. If CrewLineCRM is a good fit we'll get you set up — customer list imported, services and rates configured, your crew on the schedule. If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a seat.
