Pro
$99 /month
A crew of ten or fewer, counting you.
- All five modules, none held back
- 10 people with a login
- 2,500 customer emails a month
- 25 GB of file storage
- No per-seat charge inside that 10
- Month to month, no annual contract
Two published prices and one quoted band. The price is per business, so putting a helper on for the summer does not change the bill.
$99 or $499 a month, per business No per-seat charge inside your band Month to month, in US dollars
CrewLineCRM costs $99 a month for up to 10 people, $499 a month for up to 25, and from $1,000 a month for up to 100 by request. Every plan includes all five modules; the plans differ only in seats, monthly customer emails and file storage.
$99 /month
A crew of ten or fewer, counting you.
$499 /month
Eleven people and up, to a limit of 25.
$1,000 /month and up
Twenty-six people and up, to a limit of 100.
Every plan gets all five modules — customers, money, people, operations and insights. Pro, Business and Custom differ in three allowances only: how many people can log in, how many emails you can send your customers in a month, and how much file storage you get. All three are in the table above, and all three are enforced by the software rather than merely advertised — you will be told when you reach one, not billed past it.
There is no feature tiering here. Job photos, inventory, the books and the payroll figures are not sold back to you one at a time on a higher plan, and there is no module that switches on at $499 and off at $99.
CrewLineCRM sizes plans by logins, not by trucks: ten or fewer people is Pro at $99 a month, eleven to 25 is Business at $499, and 26 to 100 is Custom, quoted from $1,000. Count everyone who will need a login, including you.
| Plan | Price | People with a login | Customer emails a month | File storage | Modules included | How you get it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $99 a month | Up to 10 | 2,500 | 25 GB | All five | By request |
| Business | $499 a month | Up to 25 | 10,000 | 100 GB | All five | By request |
| Custom | From $1,000 a month | Up to 100 | 50,000 | 500 GB | All five | By request, quoted |
No — CrewLineCRM bills the business, not the seat, so three people, six people or ten people on Pro all cost the same $99 a month.
Here is the whole arithmetic, using only our own numbers:
How the pricing models compare — per seat, per technician, and flat per business, including where we are the wrong choice.
Nothing changes on your bill inside your band — the eleventh invite on Pro is refused by CrewLineCRM with an HTTP 402 and a prompt to move to Business, because the cap is enforced in the write itself.
That is the unattractive half, and it is the half that makes the first half worth believing. Say the size of it plainly: your eleventh person takes you from $99 a month to $499 a month. That is $400 more for one hire, and there is no proration and no in-between. If you are at nine people and hiring, price that step before you price anything else on this page. Most of the alternatives charge per user, so their eleventh login is a recurring per-seat fee rather than a step — read how the pricing models compare and price yours against their own published rates, which change more often than any figure we could print here would stay true.
The seat limit is a hard cap — 10 on Pro, 25 on Business, 100 on Custom — not a soft warning you can click past and not a surprise line item on next month's invoice. The invite simply does not go through until the plan changes. Two people accepting the last seat at the same moment cannot both get in either; the check runs inside the same locked transaction as the write.
Everyone with a login counts the same, whether they are the owner, a manager, a field tech or your accountant. Your customers are not seats. They book through your public booking page and never log in at all.
Four things people expect and do not get: CrewLineCRM does not process your customers' card payments, does not file or remit payroll taxes, does not work offline, and computes sales tax for Nevada only.

CrewLineCRM bills month to month in US dollars through Stripe, and there is no annual contract to sign.
Stripe is how CrewLineCRM charges you for your own subscription. It is not connected to the money your customers pay you — those payments get recorded against the invoice inside CrewLineCRM, not run through a card reader by it.
Cancel when you want to. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and fees already paid are "not refundable except where the law requires it" — that is the terms quoted exactly, carve-out included, so there is nothing to discover later.
There is no timed trial. No countdown, no expiry date, and nothing that downgrades an account on its own — which also means nothing quietly moves you onto a bigger plan while you are not looking. The plan you agree to when a person sets you up is the plan you are billed for, at the price printed on this page.
Access is by request because a person sets up every account — your customer list, your services and your rates — before you start relying on it.
A signup form would have been the faster thing to build. It would also mean handing you an empty account and hoping. Instead your customers come in from a CSV, your services and rates get set up with you, and your first week is on the schedule before your crew ever sees it. We would rather set up ten businesses properly than have a hundred bounce off a half-configured account.
