Request access

Let's see if it fits your shop

Tell CrewLineCRM about the business — your trade, how many people you have, and what you run on today. A person reads it and replies to the email address you give.

  • A person reads every request, and you get an emailed copy of what you sent
  • No card, and no annual contract to sign
  • $99, $499, or quoted from $1,000 — per business, never per person
  • If you are better off elsewhere, that is the answer you get

After you send it

What happens after I send this?

A person reads it, then replies by email to the address on the form. CrewLineCRM has no self-serve signup, so pressing the button does not create an account — the account gets set up with you afterwards.

1. A person reads it

Every request is read by a person, not scored by software. That is the whole reason access is by request rather than a signup button.

2. A reply comes by email

The reply goes to the work email you enter. CrewLineCRM does not publish a response time here, because nothing yet stands behind a number like that.

3. The account is set up with you

Your services, your rates, your crew and your first week on the schedule. Customers and inventory can come in from a CSV file; nothing else imports.

The six questions

What will you ask me for?

Six things: your name, your business name, a work email, your trade, your crew size, and what you use today. The last one is optional. CrewLineCRM asks for no card and no bank details.

Crew size decides the band. Pro is $99 a month for up to 10 people and Business is $499 a month for up to 25; above 25 it is quoted, from $1,000. The cap is a hard cap — the eleventh invite on Pro is refused, not billed as an extra. The pricing page carries the rest of it.

What you run on today tells CrewLineCRM whether there is anything to bring across. Customers and inventory import from a CSV file. There is no importer for invoices, payroll or job history, and no direct connection to QuickBooks or to another CRM. What CrewLineCRM does not do is the full list, written down before you buy rather than found in month two.

No card, no contract

Am I committing to anything by sending this?

No. The form takes no card, signs no contract and starts no clock. Plans are month to month. If it turns out to be a bad fit, you have spent one email.

Access is by request because a person does the setup, not because the price is being held back until a call. The price is published: $99 or $499 a month, or a quote from $1,000 for a crew above 25 — per business, for the whole company rather than per person. What a user counts as, what happens at 11 people, and how to get your records back out are answered on the FAQ and on your data.
