Privacy policy

This policy explains what CrewLineCRM does with information collected through www.crewlinecrm.com and through the CrewLineCRM application at app.crewlinecrm.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

CrewLineCRM is operated by Tyler Wiseman, a sole proprietor trading as CrewLineCRM, in Nevada, USA. That is who decides what happens to the information described here, and who answers the requests described under your choices.

Information we collect from this website

If you submit the request-access form we collect the name, business name, work email, trade, crew size and any notes you choose to give us. Alongside those we record the two-letter country our host reports for the request, and the time you sent it. We keep a copy of the submission itself, so that a mail failure cannot lose your message.

That is the entire set. There is no advertising pixel, no third-party analytics script and no cross-site tracking on this site.

Submitting the form also sends you an acknowledgement email repeating what you sent, so you have a record of it and can correct a mistyped address by replying.

Our hosting provider records ordinary server and security logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) as part of serving and protecting the site. We do not store your IP address alongside your request. The form carries a hidden field that a real person never fills in; if it is filled in we log that, with the address given, to tell an automated submission from a genuine one.

How we use it

  • To reply to your request and work out whether CrewLineCRM fits your business.
  • To set up your account and onboard you, if you decide to go ahead.
  • To keep the site available and defend it against abuse.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers. We will not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

Information inside the application

When you use CrewLineCRM as a customer, you enter information about your own business and your own customers — records, invoices, staff and payroll figures. You control that data. We process it to provide the service to you and for no other purpose.

Each customer organisation's data is separated at the database level, so one company on CrewLineCRM cannot read another company's records. You can export your customers, leads, contacts, reviews and a list of your uploaded files to CSV from inside the application at any time, without asking us. Invoices, payroll and bookkeeping records have no export yet.

Processors we rely on

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS and protection against attacks.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting for the application and its database.
  • Stripe — billing for your CrewLineCRM subscription. Your card number goes to Stripe directly; we never see or store it. Stripe is not involved in the payments your customers make to you.
  • Resend — sending transactional and notification email.
  • Google — the mailbox request-access emails are delivered to, after Cloudflare Email Routing forwards them. Your message comes to rest there.

How long we keep it

Request-access submissions are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. That is not a rule someone has to remember to apply: the stored copy is written with a 24-month expiry and removes itself. Customer data inside the application is kept for as long as the account is open. If you close your account, tell us and we will delete it — use the exports listed above to keep a copy first.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We do not sell personal information and never have, so there is nothing to opt out of. Nevada residents may still send an opt-out request to the address below under NRS 603A.340, and we will record it. Write to privacy@crewlinecrm.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data rights, this is how you exercise them.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies. The application sets a session cookie so you stay signed in; it is strictly necessary to operate the service and is not used for tracking.

Children

CrewLineCRM is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, for material changes affecting customers, tell account owners by email.
